Refund Policy

Non-custom Products:

Faulty (sorry) or unwanted products can be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund or replacement. Please ensure that your product is returned to us in its original packaging where possible.  We can’t accept unwanted products after 30 days.

Custom Products:

As this product is made especially for you, we can’t offer a refund like we do on our non-custom products. However, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your item and we’ll do everything we can to get you a replacement that you are happy with.

Cost of returns:

You will need to cover the cost of the return. Please try to send your return via a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for your return going missing in action.

 

Changes to Imagery

We endeavour to make any changes you would like for requests sent within 24 hours of ordering. Send us an email at hello@sekkei10.com with your order number and details of the changes required. Our 24/7 support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations

We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible.

However, we always want to help so please drop us an email (with your order number)

at hello@sekkei10.com, and we’ll try our best to get your order cancelled for you. If we’re lucky enough to cancel that in time, we’ll process your refund right away

 

Address Changes

For changes to your shipping address, please send an email to

hello@sekkei10.com with your order number (This can be found on your confirmation email) and new shipping address. We can change the address within 24hrs as this is when orders will be drawn by our graphic design team.

 

Damaged or Badly Travelled items

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us at

hello@sekkei10.com with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.

 

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product please get in touch with us at

hello@sekkei10.com and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number. We will then investigate and offer a solution for you. 

 

Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 30 days from the day you placed the order. After this 30 day period, Sekkei 10 will no longer provide a replacement.

 

Note that if you upload the incorrect image, choose the wrong size, colour or product, Sekkei 10 is not responsible for replacing these items.

 

Cancellations/Returns

If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Since your items are hand illustrated, if you cancel after 24hrs of purchasing but before shipping we will refund your order. If you need to cancel your order more than a day after purchase, we will refund the entire cost of your item, minus the $10 illustration fee. If your order has already been sent to our printer or shipped then we are no longer able to cancel your order.

Currently we do not offer free shipping on returns.

When a refund is issued, please allow 3 days for the funds to be processed and up to 10 days for the transfer back into your bank account.
